Bookings

Event coverage, dates, locations, deliverables, pricing and payment terms are agreed with you in writing before a booking is confirmed. Availability is subject to confirmation.

First booking offer

The advertised 10% discount applies to an eligible first confirmed booking. Please ask for the offer when enquiring. The final quote will show whether it applies.

Changes and delivery

Event schedule changes, travel needs, editing requests and delivery timelines should be agreed with the team in advance. Any extra work or cost will be confirmed before it is carried out.

Your photographs and films

Permissions for sharing event images publicly will be discussed with you. Contact us if you have a privacy concern about your event.
